Central Park WET Wednesday Evening Training

Central park features a well mapped set of main trails and a (potentially outdated) network of smaller unofficial trails.
There'll be a be two courses:
A 5 km course that will tempt you to brave the small trails.
A 3.5 km course suitable to beginners and wanting to stick to offfical trails.

We'll be meeting in the NE corner of the North Picnic Grounds/Variety Park Playground Lot.
This parking lot can only be accessed when traveling East along Kingsway.
Consider taking public transit and walking over from the Patterson SkyTrain station.

Notes: Consider bringing a headlamp - it may be dark under the big trees!
