A standard point to point course which will let you explore some areas you might not get to visit during your standard summer PNE visit. There will be two courses offered, a shorter/easier course which is suitable for beginners, families and those looking for a quick run. The shorter course does not cross any major roads. The longer/harder course takes advantage of this fairly large map and will involve crossing busy roads. You must cross at major intersections with crosswalks whenever possible.

The start and finish is in the Italian Garden, north of the skate park near the Forum building. There is parking available at the Forum building or on the south east corner of Hastings and Renfrew.

6:30 Introduction to Orienteering for Beginners

6:30 Starts begin for both courses

8:30 Course Closure, participants must report to the Finish by Course Closure Time.
