There will be 4 courses offered. The Short Adventure run is an easy, 1.8km, 15 control course along the seaside offering simple yet fun controls. The Long Adventure run is similar to the Short Adventure in simplicity but offers more distance in the 16 controls over the 2.1km of the course. The Sprint course is a brief and fast paced course for those who enjoy sprints. This course offers 20 controls and 2.5km to read ahead with. Finally, the Long course mostly conforms to IOF standards.
