UBC WET Wednesday Evening Training

Registration/Start location will be outside of Triple O's and Tim Hortons, a 5-minute walk from the Exchange Bus Loop. There is a bathroom inside the Triple O's.
Parking: The North Parkade, Rose Garden Parkade, Fraser River Parkade and Armouries Lot all have similar walk distances to the start location. There is also free parking on NW Marine Drive but that is normally very full.
Courses:
Beginner: Course suitable for beginners. Please arrive early for instruction. Running distance is about 2.5 km, with about 13 controls.
O-intervals: The goal for this training is to run these loops at high intensity (race speed). There are 4 intervals, each interval is about 1.5km long and you can take as much time in between as you want. There is a shortcut option to finish after the third interval if needed. You're welcome to do as much as you like, however we ask that you please check in with the organisers before leaving so we don't go looking for you!
Please don't forget to bring a map bag; those running the interval course will need it. We will have some on hand but try remember bringing your own :)
Note that those that want to finish the full training should arrive as early as possible to allow for more time to finish the training :)
Schedule:
18:00 Registration opens.
18:00 to 1850: Coaching for beginners and on mapping of multi-level areas
18:00 to 19:30 individual starts
20:00: Course closes, all participants must report to the Finish before leaving.
