Hume Park Wednesday Evening Training
January 29th 2020 6:30pm - 8:00pm

Meet at the covered area under the school. Hume Park is small but challenging. Be sure to charge your batteries because it will be dark. The trails and stairs will be slippery. O spikes or shoes with good tread recommended.
There are washrooms and changing rooms near the start.
Lots of Korean and Thai places nearby for after training dinner.

6:15 pm Introduction to Orienteering for Beginners
6:30 pm Starts
8:00 pm Course Closure, participants must report to the Finish before leaving.

Safety Precautions
Always use good judgement and common sense. Carry a whistle at all times. Headlamps are essential to see and be seen. Take care when crossing roads and parking lots. Watch out for other runners, cyclists, and trail/sidewalk users.
