Description

We have put together what we think are three good, runnable and fun navigation courses. The map has been updated with Nola's help and there is an "out of bounds" area on the East side of the map which is marked. Please sign up by Wednesday at 9am so we print the right number of maps.

Schedule

6:15pm Introduction to Orienteering for Beginners

6:30pm Starts

8pm Course Closure, participants must report to the Finish before leaving.

Courses

Beginner Course suitable for first timers or those wanting a shorter and easier option.

Intermediate Course for more distance and difficulty.

Advanced course with some route choices and longer runs.

Safety Precautions

Always use good judgement and common sense. Carry a whistle at all times. Headlamps are essential to see and be seen. Take care when crossing roads and parking lots. Watch out for other runners, cyclists, and trail/sidewalk users.

Parking/Start Location:

UPDATE Start location will be at the win school entrance on the Northwest side of the school by the win paring lot.

Parking available in the school lot and on the roads.
