New Year = Renew Membership!
Since this is the first event of 2015, don't forget you need to renew your membership before heading out. Come early with $10 if you haven't renewed yet. (And as always, it's only $5 if you're new to orienteering.)

Come on out to the first WET of 2015! It'll be dark and wet and slimy, so don't forget your headlamp, dry clothes, and careful footwork. Two courses will be offered, the Easy one will be on main trails and across fields, and the Expert one will stick mostly to main trails, but sometimes take you on less-defined trails, through the woods, but also the edge of a dark road -- so make sure to bring reflective gear if you have it as well as a light. Both courses visit the fascinating Camosun Bog.

It's the winter in Vancouver and it's been wet out. There are a number of new water features out there that are not included in the map, and the ones that are there already have expanded. This is definitely a good WET to have a dry pair of socks waiting for you at the finish.

Please, sign up by Tuesday evening so that we know how many maps to print.
