OAK Session 4 Athlete Development

OAK is the Lower Mainland’s orienteering program for kids, run in partnership with the Greater Vancouver Orienteering Club (GVOC). Orienteering teaches valuable life skills including terrain running, map-reading and navigation, as well as building confidence, independence and respect for nature.
OAK offers a dedicated program for 11 to 18 year olds centered on the North Shore.
Schedule:
- September 1
- September 15
- October 6
- October 13
- November 3
- November 10
Sessions will run from 10am to noon.
Cost for the entire group of 6 sessions is $60.
This includes:
- 6 coaching sessions at various locations.
- FREE entry into the Fall WJR events
- FREE annual membership in the Greater Vancouver Orienteering Club (GVOC).
- FREE safety whistle, to be brought to each session.
