Are you looking for a snowy contoured adventure over the Christmas break?
This course will cover a fun mix of snow, ice, trail, and forest orienteering on the slopes of Mt Fromme.
Pin flags will be out from December 21st to December 26th. Hopefully, the pin flags will stay in place for the duration but sometimes they do get moved by members of the public so don't spend too long if you think you're in the right place and don't see any pin flags!
The start/finish will be at Braemar Rd and the Powerline.
The map file will be emailed to those who have signed up on December 21st.
You will also be able to pick up a colour paper map in Lynn Valley before you head out.

You can use digital map app MapRun for this event. Even if you are running with a paper map, it can be fun to record your route on MapRun to see where you went. MapRun can also be helpful to confirm your location if one of the pin flags has been removed. Find it at Canada > British Columbia > Vancouver > 2021 > Mt Fromme......

This is a do it at your own risk, training suggestion. This map has significant cliffs and steep drop-offs - use your own discretion and take care when doing the courses.
