The award for "The Most Creative Hand Over" went to Adam and Marissa Woods. They closely beat second place team Gilles and Catherine, due to the extra creativity of changing the hand over slightly every time! Nice work guys! You can view some of the hand overs on the GVOC Facebook page.
Please come to Whytecliff Park, a beautiful oceanfront park in West Vancouver. We will offer a 2 Person Relay Course. You can pair up with your friend or family or just come and we will find a second runner for you.
There are a few categories to choose from: 1. Juniors - 2 Person Relay, the combined age of runners has to be under 30. 2. Open - 2 Person Relay, the combined age of runners can be between 30 and 80. 3. Masters - 2 Person Relay, the combined age of runners has to be over 80.
Every runner has to register! All cheering equipment is welcome. The most original change over will be awarded. Bring some nice sandwich or something to eat for a picnic after the run.
