The first WET of Spring is this Wednesday in Central Park, Burnaby! With individual starts from 6:30pm you might not even need a headlamp if you are quick. Course closes at 8pm - please remember to report back to the finish before you leave.
The standard course will be approx 4.5km in total (short option available), a point-to-point featuring two 3-of-5 sections. After visiting control 4, you then choose 3 out of a choice of 5 possible controls A,B,C,D or E, before heading to control number 5. Meet in the usual place - the (free) car park on Boundary just south of the outdoor swimming pool. The nearest skytrain is Patterson (1500m) and bus stops are 500m away on Kingsway and Boundary and on Imperial/49th and Boundary.
Kingsway has a great selection of potential dinner options afterwards.
Please sign up by Tuesday night to ensure that everybody gets a map. A shorter course is available for those who want to keep it short.
