Last weekend event of the year!!

**Anyone who signs up for 1st time this year (2024) will get a coupon for free 2025 !**

The start and finish will be just outside the Brockton Oval pavilion and the event will be followed by a social gathering (with pizza etc) and a short AGM - both inside the pavilion so it will be dry and warm.

There are 2 courses :

Long ..5.2 kms, 22 controls, 65m climb

Short...2.7 kms, 17 controls, 35 m climb This is suitable for beginners and families with small children

The thickly forested sections of the map are out of bounds due to ongoing looper moth treatment. Courses have been planned so there is no reason to go into these areas. There may be some trees on the map that have been cut down. The park board is still clearing up from the storms earlier in the fall and there may be a few small fenced-off areas - these are not marked on the map.

Both courses cross roads - be careful. Please watch out for other park users including cyclists and cobra chickens.

You can see who has signed up here

The social and AGM will be help upstairs with the club providing pizza. The pavilion people would like you not to bring your own beverages but to purchase them (hot chocolate, coffee etc.) from the bar.

Please sign up by Friday Dec 13th midnight so that enough maps can be printed.

You can leave bags and clothing in the pavilion - the club has sole use of the place for the event. There are also showers and changing areas just inside the pavilion.

The pavilion people have asked that
