O-tervals training. Form a group of similar speed people and compete on short forked orienteering intervals. Have a short rest and go at it again. Or do it alone if you prefere. All in all 8 intervals and a total of 5.2 km point to point.
Start between 6:30 pm and 6:45 pm.
