This event will be FREE for members.
There is a playground and a wading pool at the Park, so the kids can have fun while the parents take turns orienteering. Note the wading pool is open until 5:30 pm. We chose to do the event on Saturday, because the wading pool is not open on Sunday.
There will also be an orienteering course especially for the kids.
Bring along a picnic and plan to stay and socialize for a while. The picnic tables at the park will most likely be busy so bring some camping chairs or a blanket.
Parking
The small parking lot at Ron McLean Park will most likely be full on a Saturday afternoon, but there is lots of street parking nearby.
Transit
The start is a short walk from the Edmonds Skytrain station.
