Indoor O Training Exercises - O Fun With No Rain Social

Join us on Zoom for our first indoor training and games night. Learn about resources available online for improving your technical orienteering. Work as teams to show off your general orienteering knowledge in the "O Trivia Challenge", hone your ability to interpret map contours and land forms, and show off your map memory skills....all while staying warm and dry!
Please register in advance so that we know how big a group we need to plan for.

7:30-7:45 Socializing on-line. Introduction to the Games activities
7:45 - 8:00 O-Trivia Challenge (teams in Zoom Break Out Rooms; on-line polling)
8:00 - 8:15 Control Description symbols - do you know them all? (teams - direct reporting)
8:15 - 8:35 Slope Lines - which way is up? (solo, with polling)
8:40 - 9:10 Missing Map Symbols (teams, with polling)
9:15 Socializing and wrap-up
