OBC AGM 2020 Social

The Orienteering BC AGM will be held on Thursday evening next week (November 26), starting at 7:30.
This will be an on-line (Zoom) virtual meeting, and all members of OBC-affiliated orienteering clubs are encouraged to participate. The Zoom details have been emailed to club members. The Agenda and associated AGM documents will be available shortly in link on this page.
In addition to briefly reviewing the year's events, and the state of the Association, there will be an election of new Directors for the OBC Board (OBC Directors serve for one-year terms, and current Directors must be re-elected, if they choose to continue). There is still room on the Board for new members if anyone is interested in helping guide the Association in the coming year; there can be up to 15 Directors, and we currently have 11. We will also be announcing the winner of the 2020 OBC Volunteer Recognition Award.
Following the business portion of the AGM, we have also organized a little fun time where randomly chosen teams can test their orienteering knowledge ("What Map Is That?", " Have I Ever Seen That Symbol Before?").
