Description
Flat area - updated map by Brian Ellis in 2019. Please be aware there could be blackberries in parts of the area so think about wearing full leg cover.
There is also a very short "sprint" loop which is recommended to be done afterwards for those who do the long course - just less than 1 km it is designed for you to run as fast as possible.
Sunset is 8 pm but it could be still worth bringing a headlamp.
