Description
Meet at the field N of the Ceperley Park playground, S of Second Beach pool. See the pin on the map. Pay parking is in effect throughout the park and there is a parking lot just up the hill (SE) from the start location. Easily accessible via transit or bike.

6:15pm Introduction to Orienteering for Beginners
6:30pm Starts
8:00 pm Course Closure, participants must report to the Finish before leaving.
Courses: Shorter (3.7k), and Longer (5.3k)
Safety Precautions
Always use good judgement and common sense. Carry a whistle at all times. Take care when crossing roads and parking lots. Watch out for other runners, cyclists, and trail/sidewalk users. We recommend light trail runners.
