Description
For all those who are still exhausted from Sprint Camp, this is a fun (and flat) run at Trout Lake. Come out for a fun Wednesday and keep those hamstrings moving. There are both beginner and advanced courses. Beginner is a basic point to point around the park. The Advanced includes some route choice boxes. See you all Wednesday! Bring your headlamps!

6:15pm Introduction to Orienteering for Beginners
6:30pm Starts
8pm Course Closure, participants must report to the Finish before leaving.
Safety Precautions
Always use good judgement and common sense. Carry a whistle at all times. Headlamps are essential to see and be seen. Take care when crossing roads and parking lots. Watch out for other runners, cyclists, and trail/sidewalk users.
