The Elite (4.1 km) and Expert (2.8 km) courses emphasize route choice and transitioning from trail to forest navigation. The Elite and Expert courses are more technical and hilly than usual so make sure you start early! The intermediate (2.5 km) course has some route choice and typically stays on trail/road. The beginner (1.8 km) course is geared towards building confidence and having a good time. It stays on roads and trails. Come out for a mid-week training before Sage Stomp!
