Annual General Meeting - OABC Social

Due to the impending snowstorm on Sunday let's just get together for the meeting.
To make it more exciting than just attending the AGM of the Orienteering Association of BC (although that will be exciting too) we will be having a short run/walk around the area prior to the meeting. Dress for snowy slippery conditions. The snow may have gone where you live but here in Lynn Valley there is still plenty of it around and it is now extremely slippery and crunchy. Shoes with good tread are essential.
Event will start at 3:00pm for those interested in a run/walk.
The meeting will start at 4:00pm 3:45pm and last less than an hour. Please stay to attend the meeting as the numbers at our AGM help bolster our grant applications. Money granted to OABC goes towards programs and activities which benefit all clubs in the Province including GVOC. It is also used to assist our Junior programs.
There will be time for socializing afterwards if you didn't get enough of that at the Tinsel Chase event.
