Byrne Creek Wednesday Evening Training
October 26th 2016 6:30pm - 8:00pm
Organizers: John Rance (Event Director), Rachel Howard (Coach), Karen Lachance (Membership)
Map: Byrne Creek
We will use the 1:5,000 sprint map. It will be dark so freshen up your batteries. The start/finish is very close to Edmonds Skytrain.
The longer course will include 4 loops ( about 1200m -- 1400m each ) returning to the start each time. Do as many as you wish. Each is a bit harder than the previous one.
If you want to go out with a partner, add a note and we will try to match you up.
Because it will probably rain, we are going to use the tent. Help in putting it up and taking it down will be appreciated.
There are inexpensive Pho places along Kingsway for after event dining.
There is a toilet in Taylor Park (4 blocks)
