6:30pm Starts

Courses
There are three loops this coming Wednesday! They are all inspired by various exercises I did in Norway.
Loop 1 is a mixture of corridor O and bubble O (a wider corridor with multiple controls in it). The rule of the game is to not stray outside the red lines!
Loop 2 has sections where all of one type of feature have been removed in order to make you concentrate on other features.
Loop 3 is normal on the way out, and then the map flips and you run back on a reflection of it!
Loop 1 is approximately 2.7 km and loops 2 and 3 are approximately 2.2 km each.
The beginner course is loop 1, the intermediate course is loops 1 and 2 and the advanced course is loops 1,2 and 3.
Safety Precautions
Take extra care when crossing roads and cross only at designated crossing points. Please carry a GVOC whistle. We sell them at every event for $1 - what a bargain!
Parking/Start/Finish Locations
The start/finish is under a handy awning behind the Cameron Recreation Complex. There is a bit of parking at the complex, as well as a lot of free parking at the Lougheed Mall just south of the meeting point. The start/finish is also within easy walking distance of the Lougheed Skytrain Station and associated bus station.
Post-Event Dining
To be determined.
