Lonsdale Quay Wednesday Evening Training

Come out and join us this Wednesday for a shorter but trickier WET at Lonsdale Quay. There are two courses available, an advanced and an intermediate/beginner friendly course. Both are roughly 3 km, with some significant elevation changes from one side of the map to the other. This map also involves multiple levels, so be sure to plan your route carefully.
Meet at Shipbuilder's Square, east of the Quay. The start will be near the stage, on the far side of the red-roofed warehouses. If you are driving, the ICBC parkade beside the bus loop is free in the evening.
