PNE Wednesday Evening Training
January 30th 2019 6:30pm - 8:00pm
Organizers: Nathan Detroit Barrett (Event Director), Joanne Woods (Membership)
Map: PNE
Description
Come on out to this week's evening training at the PNE!
In consideration of Spring Camp rapidly approaching, format will be a one-person relay, or farsta-style course, which consists of running 3 loops: the first 2 loops will be two variations run in different orders, and the final loop will be common to everyone. There will be a mass start at 6:45pm. If this doesn't make sense, come on out anyways, and everything will be explained in greater detail.
If you're looking for something a little quieter, there's also beginner options to run 1 or 2 of the 3 loops. The maps and terrain around the PNE is mostly urban, with lots of buildings and a lot of very distinct features, so navigation should be more straightforward than most forested maps, and all maps will be beginner-friendly!
Remember your headlamp, and hope to see everyone out there!
