Safety Precautions
Take extra care when crossing roads. Try not to j-walk (despite any intentions or previous history on attending JWOC), and use the lights. Do not play chicken with other pedestrians or cars. Please carry a GVOC whistle. We sell them at every event for $1 - what a bargain!
Parking/Start/Finish Locations
The meeting place will be in between the steps of the Art Gallery by their patio restaurant and the Robson Square rink. (see map below). Parking is limited and almost always for a fee downtown. There is paid parking nearby: Hotel Vancouver parkade (enter from Hornby Street), Pacific Centre Mall parkade (enter from Howe Street) and Robson Square Complex (enter from Howe Street).
