McDonald Beach Wednesday Evening Training

The gate locks at 5pm, so parking will be on the side of the road. On the plus side, the park is usually full of off-leash dogs, so there will be considerably fewer of those! Its a forested / sand duney park, therefore quite dark, so those without a decent headlamp or who are not comfortable in this setting should skip this one (no complete beginners please).
Please carpool!!! Skytrain to Templeton station is also doable (2k from start), and there is also parking there.
Small new map of McDonald Beach - will be a few loops / criss-crosses.
Bring 10$ for your membership - new year! new membership! (come 5 minutes early to do membership if possible)
