There are 3 courses:
Long - 5k course with ~25 controls
Short - 2.5k course
Loops - 5k course with fewer controls, longer legs
Park in the lot north of the Shadbolt Centre http://g.co/maps/54mru and meet on the East side of the building where there are lots of places to stay out of the rain!
