Two great races in Whistler using the Nester's Hill and Lost Lake maps.

Come to orienteer on nice forest maps before the snow falls!

There will be shorter courses at Nester's Hill at 11 am and a little bit longer courses at Lost Lake at 2 pm.
* Easy - Suitable for beginners and children * Expert - Short advanced * Elite - Long advanced * Sport - score-O, visit controls in any order on a time limit

Start for the Nester's race at 11 am is from the Myrtle Philip School by Lorimer Rd. Check this map.

There will be a brief beginner's introduction before the race at Nester's, starting at 10 am at the school.

There are no washrooms at the school. Please go to the village, Nester's market or other facilities on the way up to Whistler.

There is church in the school on Sunday morning and a soccer tournament on the lower fields. Therefore parking will be tight. Cars must be parked in designated spots or they will be ticketed and towed. So consider car pooling, or parking at the Day Lots and walking, or perhaps parking at Spruce Grove in the morning and walking from there.

Start for the Lost Lake race at 2 pm is from the baseball diamonds at Spruce Grove Park. Here is a map.

There is a baseball tournament taking place on Sunday. We think the parking lot is big enough to fit all of us, but there is a chance parking space may run out here too. On the plus side, it looks like there will be a beer garden!

Please sign-up here on the website before Friday Sep 30.
