Registration

Registration open at 7pm on Monday March 18. There is a cap of 60 people. You can add yourself to a Wait List but you'll only get in if someone else drops out.

Courses

There will be three events, at least two of which will use SI: a Saturday afternoon longer forest race, then on Sunday a urban Sprint in the morning followed by a forest trail event in the afternoon. All events are within 30 minutes drive from Sechelt.

To minimise environmental impact, we're capping at 60 or fewer participants. Because of this, and to keep it simple, registration will only be for all 3 events together, with the banquet optional.

The Sunday afternoon event will require use of private cars to shuttle participants from a nearby parking area. We encourage everyone to car-pool, which will also keep ferry costs down.

Accommodation

Unfortunately, Porpoise Bay group campsite can't be reserved on this weekend, so please start making plans for individual camping or other accommodation bookings.

Bayside Campground has individual campsites and a group site. However, group site cost is $30/person) which is only a little less than individual sites ($35/person), and there appears to be plenty of room at present. So, we have not reserved a group site. If someone is interested in arranging one, let me know and I will direct attendees to contact you.

Banquet

There will also be a banquet on Saturday evening at Cooper's Green Park Community Hall in Halfmoon Bay, with delicious catering from a local company, and hopefully some talks on orienteering and other topics.
