Courses A great sprint map (1:4000 scale) with lots of open areas and lighting from nearby fields. Sign up to do one or two loops (point to point courses). Beginners should sign up to do one loop. The map has a number of controls on fences, so you will want to check your control descriptions. Separate control descriptions will be available. Bonus points for those spotting (counting) the "Trans Canada Trail" signs near a few of the controls.

Safety Precautions

Always use good judgement and common sense. Carry a whistle at all times. Headlamps are essential to see and be seen. Take care when crossing roads and parking lots. Watch out for other runners, cyclists, and trail/sidewalk users.

Parking/Start Location: Start in the covered entrance area to the Kensington Park Outdoor Pool (North side of pool). There is a Parking Lot adjacent to the pool. Good bus service along Hastings Street.

Post-Event Dining White Spot located at south-east corner of Hastings Street and Kensington Avenue. About 100 metres north-east of start.
