Double header SI training on the North Shore, followed by lunch at Edgemont Village.

Informal, no beginner courses, computer in trunk of car.

  1. First session - Capilano River Regional Park
    • Long regular point to point course
    • Options to shortcut marked on the map for a short and medium course
    • Individual start between 10:30 and 10:45
    • Meet at Cleveland Dam.
  2. Second session - William Griffin Park
    • Short loops
    • Mass start at around 12:15
